As a former operations manager and Sr. Buyer/Planner for a number of companies, large and small, I have seen and experienced many business practices and business cultures. AERO-SEPTIC is, by far, one of the best managed and operated companies I have ever experienced. In my opinion, a company is a reflection of its top management, and every level of its products and services offered mimics the attitude and professionalism from the top to the bottom of the corporate chain-of-command.
AERO-SEPTIC excels in every possible way. Your company runs like a well-oiled machine where each employee seems to know their job, their place, and their protocol. From the first telephone call to AERO-SEPTIC, it was apparent to me that AERO-SEPTIC knew what they were about. Polite professionalism is found throughout the entire organization. I was impressed with my first call requesting service through my service technician contacting me to let me know he was on his way to my home. Once he arrived, in only a few minutes, he found the source of my problem, explained its function, and educated me on why it had to be replaced.
AERO-SEPTIC sold the part at a competitive price and installed the item immediately. In short order, my septic system was up and running again. To my relief, they also offered to provide a maintenance contract to keep my system operating at the optimum standard outlined by the manufacturer of my system. Anytime I called with a question or concern, they always called back promptly and courteously.
Often, the technicians were able to assist me over the telephone without taking up a lot of my time. My overall impression of AERO-SEPTIC is one of trust, confidence, and awe. The days of genuine customer service were gone, I thought. However, AERO-SEPTIC excels to a level I have not seen in years. I only wished more companies would learn from AERO-SEPTIC, the leader in our community for septic care and maintenance.
